My Background
After many years as an electrical/electronics engineer, I turned my hand to community repair work which covered a multitude of disciplines including working for local estate agents, local villages working on all aspects of DIY work including at one time helping to design a garden for a well known BBC programme.
Over the years through work contacts with people I was able to acquire mostly through house, garage and shed clearances some interesting items. Some required cleaning, some repairing and some also formed the basis for craft work and recycling.
